Dr. Mahomed Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Adult Hip & Knee Reconstruction

Dr. Mahomed is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult hip and knee reconstruction. He enjoys working with patients to relieve pain and restore life. He specializes in hip and knee replacements, lower extremity trauma, knee arthroscopy, and knee and hip injuries. Dr. Mahomed also uses robotics in surgery to enhance patient care. He received a Top Doctor Award in 2018 in Wichita, KS for Top Total Joint, Hip & Knee Orthopedist. In 2021, he was selected by the Wichita Business Journal for Excellence in Health Care – Geriatric Care for orthopedics.

Outside of work, Dr. Mahomed enjoys movies, traveling, concerts, technology, and spending time with his wife and three kids. He enjoys going on mission trips to Honduras, where he has provided surgical care to those in need and helped build schools for underprivileged children. Dr. Mahomed has also spent time helping refugees resettle in America.
